2012: Light at the End of the Tunnel?
Continuing upward trends in our Real Estate market lead us to believe there may be light at the end of the tunnel. 2011 showed an increase in the number of sales for both single family homes and condos in jeremy Ranch, taking us back to healthier levels similar to 2006 and 2007. Although pricing remains somewhat consistent, it is still highly sensitive and we did report a slight decline in average sale price in both property types.
